Wenge and cast bronze

There have been quite a few variations on this design. Wood, stone as well as bronze have been used for the legs. This one is with wenge and cast bronze. This design is based on a bridge, where the footing is heavy and strong so that the thin top can span the distance while being strong .The wooden structure can be removed for ease of movement. It is a dialogue between materials, polished wood and textured patina bronze. It is a balance of visual weight and mass in contrast to line and thin plane.
